Healthy habits
Nowadays a lot of people give no importance to a healthy lifestyle. They often consume junk food and fast food and don’t pay attention things such as : doing sport and having a healthy diet. We want to learn students the importance of healthy habits. They have to release that being healthy means being mentally and emotionally fit. Being healthy should be part of our overall life-style. Having healthy habits can help to prevent chronic diseases and long-term illnesses. Feeling good about yourself and taking care of your health are important for our self-esteem and self-image.
It’s extremely important for kids to start or continue to lead a healthy life-style, including eating nutritious meals as well as getting plenty exercise and adequate sleep every day. These positive healthy habits will help children grow strong, stay healthy, and decrease the likelihood that they will become obese or even sick.
Our plan:
December 2020:
* The students from both schools will introduce themselves doing and sharing videos, padlets or presentations;
* Create the project team and determine the project name.
* Make a padlet about our expectations;
* Determine and supply of materials to be used in the project.
* Teachers' and students' meeting;
Jenuary 2020:
* Make a survey about healthy habits;
* Make posters about healthy habits.
* Teachers' and students' meeting;
February 2020:
*Make e-leaflets about supporting healthy habits;
*create an e-book and share it ;
* Teachers' and students' meeting;
March 2020:
*Make power-point presentations.
* Teachers' and students' meeting;
