Healthy habits Nowadays a lot of people give no importance to a healthy lifestyle. They often consume junk food and fast food and don’t pay attention things such as : doing sport and having a healthy diet. We want to learn students the importance of healthy habits. They have to release that being healthy means being mentally and emotionally fit. Being healthy should be part of our overall life-style. Having healthy habits can help to prevent chronic diseases and long-term illnesses. Feeling good about yourself and taking care of your health are important for our self-esteem and self-image. It’s extremely important for kids to start or continue to lead a healthy life-style, including eating nutritious meals as well as getting plenty exercise and adequate sleep every day.
